Calhoun County Court Docket is a private reference resource. Official docket, date, copy, and filing questions need to go to the court or clerk that keeps the particular record.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This private resource cannot retrieve records, alter a setting, issue a certified copy, accept a filing, seal a case, or provide legal advice. The court or clerk that holds the file is the proper contact.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Use the court that filed the case. Circuit and Chancery records are separately maintained, and lower-court traffic, misdemeanor, small-claim, and municipal records may not appear in MEC.

  • A Circuit or Chancery docket: use the appropriate MEC route or contact the Circuit or Chancery Clerk.
  • A court setting: check Court Dates and confirm the current date with the issuing court.
  • A case location: begin with Case Lookup after identifying the court.
  • A plain or certified record: request it from the clerk who keeps that court's file.
  • A traffic citation: contact Justice Court or the issuing municipality; use Traffic Tickets to identify the route.
